The Organization was initially consolidated on April third, 1978 as an association firm by three accomplices viz. Devendra Chandra Jain (HUF), Ms Asha Jain and Ms Vinay Kumari Jain in the name and style of M/s Exactness Pipes and Profiles Organization, Delhi with the aim of doing business of assembling of profiles and plastic merchandise and different items. The Firm was changed over into an open constrained organization. The primary assembling unit was built up in the year 1978 in Mayapuri Mechanical Range, Delhi which was moved to 54-56 Okhla Modern Home Stage III, New Delhi in the year 1980. This unit produces tweaked profiles for white products and development businesses. The present limit of this unit remains at 7,50,000 kg. In the year 1989, the organization has gone into a specialized coordinated effort concurrence with Tokai Kogyo Organization Constrained, Japan. Later in the year organization has set up an assembling unit with introduced limit of 1,20,000 kg (which by and by stands at 3,00,000 kg) at 161, Okhla Modern Bequest, Stage III, New Delhi for the assembling of PVC profiles to be utilized as a part of the vehicle business. In the year 1992, the organization has set up another assembling unit at 70, Okhla Mechanical Home, New Delhi for assembling of PVC profiles for car businesses to include promote limit of 30,000 kg (which by and by stands at 10,00,000 kg). In the year 1998, the organization has set up fourth plant at B-45, Stage - II, Noida including further limit of 7,00,000 kg. The present limit of this unit is 15,00,000 kg. In the year 2004, we built up our fifth plant at B-206 A, Division - 81, Stage - II, Noida, with a limit of 12,00,000 kg. The current joined limit of all units totals to 47,50,000 kg.
